Tirthankar Mukharjee,North 24 Pargana : In the context of 50 years of Bangladesh’s liberation and victory over Pakistan and BSF’s incomparable contribution in the victory, the Swaran Jayanti Shaurya Pradarshni Yatra of South Bengal Frontier left ICP Ghojadanga today on 4th November, 2021 and reached village Tentulia.
Here, thousands of villagers gave a grand welcome to the troops of the force. Along with this, the Commandant of 112 Battalion, Shri Narayan Chand, encouraged the moral of troops and wished the journey a successfull one.
Ansuddin Ghazi, a local leader of Tentulia village, took detailed information about the banners, boards and flexes displayed on the vehicles along with the villagers. He told that this is a very good initiative of BSF, India.
This will improve the relation between India and Bangladesh and will further become more cordial. He extended his best wishes for further success of the rally. After this, the rally left for the Border Out Post Haridaspur,158th Battalion.
The basic objective of this Swaran Jayanti Shaurya Pradarshni Yatra is to make the public aware of the 50 years of Bangladesh’s liberation and victory over Pakistan and the incomparable contribution of BSF in the liberation war. Border Security Force is determined to make this Swaran Jayanti Shaurya Pradarshni Yatra a success with full efforts.
