প্রজয় চক্রবর্তি , রায়গঞ্জ : উত্তর দিনাজপুরে জেলা তৃণমুল শ্রমিক সংগঠনের উদ্যোগে একটি বিরাট বর্নাঢ্য শোভাযাত্রার মধ্যোদিয়ে পালিত হল নেতাজি জন্মজয়ন্তী। রাজ্যের শাসক দলের রায়গঞ্জ বিধানসভার কো-অর্ডিনেটর তথা জেলা আই এন টি টি ইউ সি সভাপতি অরিন্দম সরকারের নেতৃত্বে এদিন শহরের মাঝে অবস্থিত রায়গঞ্জ পৌর বাস্ট্যান্ড থেকে মিছিল শুরু করে শেষ হয় শিলিগুড়ি মোরের কাছে অবস্থিত নেতাজি মূর্তির পাদদেশে।
এদিনের শোভা যাত্রায় রায়গঞ্জ বিধানসভার বিভিন্ন প্রান্তের মানুষ পা মেলান। শোভাযাত্রার আকর্ষণের বিষয় ছিল শোভাযাত্রার প্রথমে ঘোড়ার পিঠে সেজে বসে থাকা নেতাজি। এছাড়াও ছিল ট্যাবলো। এদিনের শোভা যাত্রায় ছাত্র -যুব সহ মহিলার উপস্তিতি ছিল চোঁখে পরার মতো। এই শোভাযাত্রায় অরিন্দম বাবুর সাথে পা মেলান জেলার অন্নান্য নেতৃত্ব ও কাউনসিলারগন।
শোভাযাত্রা শেষে নেতাজি মূর্তির পাদদেশে দেশ নায়ক স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রামী নেতাজির দেশের প্রতি অত্মত্যাগের কথা তুলে ধরেন অরিন্দম সরকার। তিনি বলেন, ‘তোমরা আমাকে রক্ত দাও, আমি তোমাদের স্বাধীনতা দেব’-সেই অমর উক্তি শুনলে আজও প্রত্যেক ভারতীয়ের গায়ে কাঁটা দেয়।
স্বাধীনতার পরবর্তী এত দশক পরও নেতাজি সুভাষচন্দ্র বসুকে নিয়ে রহস্যের উন্মোচন হল না। দেশ বদলেছে, সরকার বদলেছে, কিন্তু ধোঁয়াশাতেই থেকে গেলেন ‘দেশনায়ক’। এই ভাবে দেশনায়কের জীবন কাহিনী তুলে ধরেন তিনি।
