অনুশিবা সেন, হাসিমার : উত্তরবঙ্গ জুড়ে শুরু হয়েছে লাগাতার বৃষ্টি। জল জমে গিয়েছে ডুয়ার্সের বিভিন্ন এলকায়। এবং তাতে সব থেকে বেশি সমস্যায় পরেছে বন্য প্রাণীরা। এরি মধ্যে বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুরে হাসিমারা পুলিশ ফাঁড়িরর অন্তর্গত সুভাষিণী চা বাগানে নিকাশি নালায় একটি চিতাবাঘের শাবকটিকে দেখেন বাগানের শ্রমিকরা।
এরপর তরিঘরি সেই বিষয়টি বাগানের ম্যানেজারকে জানান। এরপর খবর পেয়ে জলদাপাড়া বন্যপ্রাণ বিভাগের কোদালবস্তি রেঞ্জের বনকর্মীরা ঘটনাস্থলে আসেন। চিতা শাবকটিকে উদ্ধার না করে বনকর্মীরা নজরদারি চালাছহে। কারন বনকর্মীরা জানায়, মা চিতাবাঘ এসে শাবকটিকে নিয়ে যেতে পারে। এরম ঘটনা এর আগেও ঘটেছে।
