কঠিন সময়েও বাড়তি ভাতা কর্মীদের, দৈনিক ভাতার ভিত্তিতে পুরসভায় কর্মী নিয়োগ ! মমতার ঘোষণা
BAHRS GLOBAL NEWS, 17 MAY 2020 তীর্থঙ্কর মুখার্জি, কলকাতা : রাজ্যের সরকারি কর্মীদের জন্য এই কঠিন পরিস্থিতির মধ্যেও রাজ্যের সরকারি কর্মীদের জন্য ঘোষণা করেছিল রাজ্য সরকার । এবার পুরসভার স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীদের উৎসাহ ভাতা দেওয়ার কথা ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে নবান্নের তরফে। পাশাপাশি জানানো হয়েছে পুরসভাগুলি দৈনিক দৈনিক ভাতার ভিত্তিতে স্বেসচ্ছা সেবক নিয়োগ করতে পারবে।
রাজ্যের বিভিন্ন পুরসভার স্বাস্থকর্মীরা বাড়িতে বাড়তে গিয়ে খোঁজ নিচ্ছেন জ্বর কিংবা ইনফ্লুয়েঞ্জা কারও আছে কিনা, সেবিষয়ে। মুখ্যমন্ত্রী নিজেও সেকথা জানিয়েছিলেন নবান্নে।
এইসব স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীদেরই উৎসাহ ভাতা দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে রাজ্য সরকার। অতিরিক্ত ১ হাজার টাকা করে উৎসাহ ভাতা দেওয়া হবে। জেলার মুখ্য স্বাস্থ্য আধিকারিকের মাধ্যমে তা বিভিন্ন জেলায় পৌঁছবে।
রাজ্য সরকারের তরফে জানানো হয়েছে স্বাস্থ্যকর্মীর ঘাটতি দেখা দিলে স্বেচ্ছাসেবক নিয়োগ করা যাবে। তাঁদেরকে দৈনিক ৭৫ টাকা করে দেওয়া হবে। মাসে সব থেকে বেশি ২২ দিন তাঁরা কাজ করতে পারবেন বলেও জানানো হয়েছে। পুরসভাগুলি ছাড়াও পঞ্চায়েতগুলিও স্বেচ্ছাসেবক নিয়োগ করতে পারবে বলে জানানো হয়েছে।
