প্রজয় চক্রবর্তী, রায়গঞ্জ : শুরু হয়েছে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকারের বিশেষ প্রকল্প দুয়ারে সরকারের গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রকল্প স্বাস্থ্য সাথী প্রকল্প। সেই প্রকল্পের ছবি তোলা ও কার্ড হাতে পাওয়ার কাজ চলছে সমগ্র রাজ্যের পাশাপাশি উত্তর দিনাজপুর জেলার বিভিন্ন ক্যাম্পে। আজ সেই চিত্র ধরা পরল বেশ কিছু যায়গায়। এদিন সকাল এগারোটার নাগাদ রায়গঞ্জ পৌরসভার ১৫ নম্বর ওয়ার্ডে শুরু হয় স্বাস্থ্য সাথী কার্ডের ছবি তোলার কাজ।
ছবি তোলার পাশাপাশি পেয়ে যাচ্ছে স্বাস্থ্য সাথীর কার্ড। এদিন ক্যাম্প শুরু হওয়া থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত ওয়ার্ড কাউনসিলার হিমাদ্রী বাবুকে ক্যাম্পে উপস্তিত থাকেন যাতে ওয়ার্ড বাসির কোন প্রকার সমস্যায় পড়তে না হয়। এদিন রায়গঞ্জ পৌরসভার ১৫ নম্বর ওয়ার্ডের প্রতিবাদ ক্লাব প্রাঙ্গনে চলে স্বাস্থ্য সাথীর ছবি তোলার কাজ। এদিনের ক্যাম্পের তদারকিতে আসেন রায়গঞ্জ পৌরসভার স্বাস্থ্য সাথী প্রকল্পের নোডাল অফিসার বিশ্বনাথ মাড্ডি।
এদিন ক্যাম্পের শেষে কাউন্সিলার স্বাস্থ্য সাথী ক্যাম্পটিকেই অনুরোধ করে সোজা নিয়ে যান তাঁর ওয়ার্ডের এক বাসীন্দা একসিডেন্ট রোগী গৌর গুপ্তার বাড়িতে। সেখানে স্বাস্থ্য সাথীর ছবি তুলে কিছুক্ষনের মধ্যেই স্বাস্থ্য সাথীর কার্ড পরিবারের হাতে তুলে দেন। এছাড়াও আরো একটি পরিবারের অনুরোধে এক আশি উর্ধ অসুস্থ বৃদ্ধার বাড়িতে নিয়ে ছবি তোলানোর ব্যবস্থা করে দেন এবং পরিবারের হাতে স্বাস্থ্য সাথীর কার্ডটি তুলে দেন হিমাদ্রী বাবু।
এই পরিষেবা পেয়ে এক্সিডেন্ট রোগী গৌর গুপ্তা বলেই বসলেন সত্যি “দুয়ারে সরকার” ধন্যবাদ জানান মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর এই প্রকল্পকে। বেশ কিছুদিন আগে তাঁর একসিডেন্ট হওয়ায় সে এই প্রকল্পের শুবিধা না নিতে পারলেউ আগামীতে এই প্রকল্প থেকে যে চিকিৎসা সংক্রান্ত অনেক শুবিধা পাওয়া যাবে সেই বিষয়ে তিনি আশাবাদি। আমার ক্যাম্পে যাওয়ার মতো পরিস্তিতি না থাকায় আমাদের কাউন্সিলার হিমাদ্রী সরকার আমার সমস্যার কথা চিন্তা করেই বাড়িতে এসে ছবি তুলে দেবার ব্যবস্থা করে দেয় এবং স্বাস্থ্য সাথী কার্ড আমাদের পরিবারের হাতে তুলে দেয়।
এদিন কমলাবাড়ি ২ এর এক বাসিন্দা এমবুলেন্সে বসেই স্বাস্থ্য সাথীর কার্ডের জন্য ছবি তুলে সেই মুহুর্তেই কার্ড হাতে পেয়ে বিনে পয়সায় চিকিৎসা করালো রায়গঞ্জের একটি বেসরকারি নার্সিং হোমে। এছাড়াও জেলা শাসকের নির্দেশে স্বাস্থ্য সাথী প্রকল্পের জেলা কো-অর্ডিনেটর (ডিসি) ধনঞ্জয় লাহা ও তাঁর ইউনিট পৌঁছে যায় স্টার নার্সিং হোমে ভর্তি এক রোগীর স্বাস্থ্য সাথী কার্ড বানিয়ে দিয়ে রুগীর ফ্রী চিকিৎসা পাইয়ে দেবার জন্য।
